My background Educational Background: I have been in the Lake Elsinore unified School District throughout my entire educational and professional career. I attended Wildomar Elementary School, David A. Brown Middle, and Elsinore High school graduating in 2003. After spending 3 years at MSJC completing my A.A. I Transferred to Argosy University and graduated with my B.A. degree in Behavioral Psychology in 2008. From there I Transferred to Chapman University and completed my level II Education Specialist Credential and my Multiple Subjects Credential clearing them both in 2011 along with obtaining my Masters Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Advanced Methodologies.
My Career ladder: I began working at CCE in 2005 as a Para Educator II for students in the Special needs as well as General Education Classrooms providing 1 on 1 aide support. As I continued to further my education I began to substitute teach for LEUSD in 2010 and in 2011 I was hired full time teaching at Cottonwood Canyon Elementary School. It has been a dream come true for the past 11 years of my teaching career!
